This program is designed for the athlete who is looking to train both in the field and at the plate. This program covers everything except for pitching and catching. We offer 3 sessions total, with each session spanning every Tuesday for one month. Session 1 runs during January, Session 2 runs during February and Session 3 runs during March.
This program is designed for pitchers or catchers that are looking for a full and comprehensive off season training program. This program will be offered over 3 sessions with Session 1 encompassing January, Session 2 encompassing February and Session 3 encompassing March. Our trainers and coaches will work on building up arm strength for both pitchers and catchers with very minimal (to none in some cases) throwing. The program will progress so that every pitcher is throwing live bullpens (pitch counts vary by athlete) in the weeks leading up to their spring seasons. Programs will be catered to each pitchers specific situation. We utilize carefully organized arm care workouts put together by many of the country's top trainers.
This program is directed by the accomplished staff at 860 Baseball and is designed to have each player ready and healthy for the spring season. Pitchers and catchers are separated out in their training programs, however they work together each week in bullpen settings, throwing programs, and training programs.
Catchers will work with many of the area's top catching instructors and will work on many of the important physical components required to be a catcher at this very high level as well as the mental side of catching. Catchers will take part in all of the throwing programs as well as conditioning elements and will catch in drill settings as well as live bullpen settings.
When registering for this program athlete's will choose if they are training as a pitcher OR as a catcher.
